"Veronica", "Diva" and "Heidi" have a 14-day guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials.

Once you have received your Veronica, please try it on over your panties and under your feminine clothes to check the shape. (Please see First Wear for instructions.)

If, after you have carefully adjusted the placement of the pads, you are not pleased with the result; please send us a detailed email, letting us know how we can help you attain your desired look.

If after our advice, you are still unhappy, return the unused garment for a refund in its original packaging, quoting the details we ask you for. We will give a full refund, excepting postage and a small handling fee.

BUT, the garment must be as new and not soiled. If you return any garment to us and it is soiled, we will charge a cleaning fee of £20.00.

We regret we will not exchange used garments for new, or make refunds without following the above procedure.

Other items will not be accepted for return, unless faulty or at our sole discretion. In all cases a small handling fee will be charged AND if shipped from outside the UK you will be charged for any additional Customs charges (incurred in our accepting the returned goods). To avoid this please make it clear on the customs declaration that it is RETURNED goods, i.e. NOT chargeable a second time for Value Added Tax. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Wherever possible we will reply to any enquiry quickly, but please be patient if you do not get a reply at once - we are not ignoring you!
